Hi there. Welcome to my on demand video page.  I hope you enjoy my videos.  Please take care when you exercise - please make sure you are in a well ventilated room and you have plenty of space around you.  Adapt every exercise to suit your own level and stop if you feel breathless, pain, or unwell.    Here is a short disclaimer -
