Tuesday 11.15 am  Fit in 45 - A low impact class using weights to get the heart rate up and tone the whole body

Tuesday 12.05  Fitness Pilates - a 45 minute class of gentle toning and stretching exercises 

Friday 12.15 pm (Starting July 9th) Flex and Tone.  A 45 minute low impact toning class using weights and Pilates and Yoga type exercises to give you a really good stretch and tone up
